All registrations must be submitted to the Recreation Office prior to the beginning of a class or program. Registrations cannot be processed without full payment. The Recreation Department reserves the right to set minimums and maximums for all programs, to cancel any program with insuffcient enrollement, and to change the date, time, or location of a program de to unforeseen circumstances.
Registrations are accepted in person at the Recreation Office located at 31 West Broadway. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Cash or check payments only are accepted. Registrations can also be printed and mailed to 31 West Broadway, Derry, NH 03038. Please enclose a check with all mailed registrations. Checks should be made payable to Derry Parks & Recreation.
Remember... Nothing kills a program quicker than everyone waiting until the last minute to register for it! At some point we have to determine if our enrollment is sufficient to hold the class or program. If you wait until the first day of the class to register we may have already cancelled the class.
